This incident has been resolved and you're able again to prepare the payables and the export said payables as well. Thank you for your patience.

We are aware of an issue affecting certain payables which makes it unable for you to edit or prepare them. Exports may also fail if the affected payable is part of an export.

Our technical team is looking into this and is looking to fix the issue within the next few hours. We will keep you updated.
