Identified

We have identified a rare processing issue within our 3DS authentication provider’s service affecting some iOS users. A fix is being developed, and we will share a further update as soon as more information is available. We apologize for the continued disruption.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing some iOS users from receiving 3DS authentication notifications when completing payments.
